4-H Move Across Missouri (MOVE)

Move Across Missouri...for youth who like to have fun, stay in shape and feel their best!

Challenge yourself or compete with others.  Join MOVE as an individual, a family, or as a 4-H club. 

Wouldn't it be great if you could get credit for all the activity in your life?  Now you can!  Whether you're into weight lifting, hunting, rock climbing or even throwing darts, you can enjoy tracking minutes and earning points while you move!

Sign Up and Get Started!

Enrollment and re-enrollment for current MOVErs begins January 1.

Take the Short Survey and receive your user name and password to log your MOVE activity online.

Note: To participate in MOVE and get credit for your activity, you must receive your user name and password through MOVE. 
Participants will be able to sign up year round starting January 1.
